At THEJOYVAPE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos as proof. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used vaping products unless they are faulty. All return items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If your package is lost or delayed due to customs or carriers, we will do our best to assist, but we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.
